Triple/Quad Pane

Is there any way to have a triple or quad pane and folder tree in the one program window?

The closest thing you can get would be to use layouts, as described here:

Thanks abr.

Is it possible to click on a button to load the layouts from a toolbar?

Yes, of course. For example, if you named the layout "test", then the command Prefs LAYOUT "test" would load that layout.

Sorry, forgot to mention it. If you're not sure, how to add the command to a button, here is a tutorial.

Really sorry. I don't know, what happened to my links. They looked alright in the preview.

Thanks adr

I've got some reading to do.

My use case is for 4 panes in a 2x2 grid with one nav tree on the left, like the way DOpus works out of the box with 2 panes. Its the most efficient use of space to have a singular window layout, with the one tree and the 2x2 grid. I prefer DOpus' feature set to Q-DIR so would love to see this feature come to the platform.

I'm with dopus_lover!

With statements like "Whatever you want to do - Opus can probably do it" and "unrivalled configurability", there's gotta be a way to do this. I'm brand new so just getting to grips with things but I have a list of things I'm hoping it can do, this is the first thing I'm looking for.
