Just a small question:
When start typing in a lister only search results are shown which start with my search string.
For example
I type : picture
Result picture22
Why is "hollidaypicture" not included?
Or is *picture required everytime

That's how it's designed.
It's consistent with what Explorer (and older versions of Opus) does when you type into it, except in Opus you can see what you have typed so far and edit it.

I have a question that goes into the same direction.
I have the following files:
picture 1.txt
picture 2.txt
picture 3.txt
my picture.txt
Is it possible to get a filtered list with only the files that start with "picture"?
I think it's not possible as the * introduces the filter function but maybe I'm wrong 
.

You can use one of the filter boxes which you can put on your toolbar. Make sure it's not set to "partial match" mode. There's a FAQ which talks about them if you aren't familiar with them.

It's not that I need that every day but it's good to know that it's possible .
