About“Preferences / User Interface / Spacing”，there are two option ，standard mode and touch mode，It does not change anything when I switch between these two options ，I also try to restart the software. it still the same.
The defaults should have increased spacing for touch mode for at least some elements, and you can increase the spacing in either or both modes there if the defaults aren't what you want.
For the touch mode settings to have effect, the operating system has to be in touch mode, which may not be the case. Or maybe it already was in touch mode, so you already had the larger spacing; you can make it even larger there if you wish.
If you have problems with the spacing of specific elements, it's best to talk about those, and we can tell you how do adjust them where possible.
Thanks，Now I know What happen，It‘s need to restart pc or kill the app process after change the UI style.
That isn’t needed.
You can also use File > Exit Directory Opus to shut down Opus without killing the process, so you don’t corrupt your data/config.
