Sorry if I ask in wrong place.
I was using test version for month and I am very happy with it, so I will buy it.
Will all my settings and UI be transfered automatically or do I have to save all that somewhere?

You'd only need to do that if you uninstalled first, which isn't required.
Just install the licence you get via Help > Licence Manager in Opus, or double-click the file.
It still doesn't hurt to keep a backup of your settings, though. You can do that via Settings > Backup & Restore.
