Unable to correctly assign rename presets to groups

The DOpus language needs to be set to one of the CJK languages, as these languages display hotkeys in the menu items.

The 'Assign to Group' feature for Find Panel Presets, Stored Filters, Duplicate Finder Presets, Print Folder Presets, Image Conversion Presets and Synchronize Presets has the same issue.

Another issue: the titles of the presets dialog for the sync tool and duplicate finder are swapped.
