I am currently on 13.18 and trying to update to 13.20 but it will not download at all. I am in good standing and have 119 days or so left on my license. Please help.
Something on your system or network is probably blocking dopus.exe from downloading the installer.
You can get the same updates/installers via this forum or our main website.
Are you still having this problem? I may be having the same problem as I can access resource.dopus.com however I can not access gpsoft.com.au
To clarify the website request times out, I suspect it is a routing issue, or the web host that hosts the files may be blocking our IPs.
Have you tried using another location or VPN to see if the file can be downloaded that way?
I'm having this issue, however I tried my vpn as per Adam1s prompt, and that allowed me to connect to gpsoft.com.au/updates/beta and download the update.
I'm not sure if that tells me I have an issue on my end, however my extensive browsing this evening has not given any issue... only gpsoft.com.au.
Are you from Australia? I am having the issue with Aussie Broadband currently, I have also tested 5 remote servers and two of them who are also with ABB are having the same issue. Ill probably give them a call tomorrow and see what is up, but troubleshooting routing issues with an ISP can be a long process sometimes.

Maybe try a traceroute and see what that shows, but it's not going to be anything we can fix
The routing issues from my ISP have been resolved and may be for anyone else here that was having the same problem.
