Unable to update the program by itself, no matter V12 orV13

Hi, we noticed that we can not update the program by itself for a long time, and no matter if is V12 or V13 in China. Any sub version can not be update.

And we tried to update by proxy, or change an network and also ask other people around me, we can not update by itself to check the any new version. We must download by manual and it's not convenient.

Would you pls check something or give me any advice?

It needs a direct internet connection to work.

Yes, of course. We used it by a direct internet connection firstly, but it not work. I'm not stress by the proxy.

And many people feedback they have the same situation.

It's most probably the Great Firewall of China blocking it, not really much we can do about it unfortunately.
