How to switch on or off unattented operation for certain disks operations (for example copy)?
There is an "unattended" parameter for the COPY command, which can have the "yes" or "no" argument (e.g. COPY unattended=no). Since there is no toggle option,
you may use two versions of the Copy command. You could edit your commonly used copy command to use your preferred option, & add some other shortcut or menu command to use the other one.
You can also perform a copy normally, then turn on the Unattended Mode checkbox in the progress dialog.
