Unexpected crash

I was away from my laptop for a little while today, and when I came back to it, Directory Opus had a window open to say that it had crashed, and to submit the logs - which I have done (ID 704).

I'm running 13.21.6 (Beta) x64 - Build 9425 on Windows 11 Pro (machine has 64GB RAM)

So, I have no idea as to why it crashed.

Something has installed an ETW (Event Tracing for Windows) callback and then unloaded its DLL while the callback is still there, resulting in a crash.

The cause won't be Opus itself, but something that uses ETW. Probably a monitoring or debugging tool.
