Up and Down Keys on MD5 Accuracy Control Seem Inverted

For the MD5 accuracy UI control on the Duplicate File Utility Panel, Up decreases accuracy, Down increases.

I would expect it to be the inverse.

We've swapped it for the next update.

(The way it was is the default/standard for Windows trackbar controls, but it's a weird standard.)
