Update to Version 12.13 Check for Update Not Working

I installed the 12.13 update over version 12.12. After that, when I go to Help, Check For Program Update I get an Error Accessing News Feed. No proxy and internet working fine. 64 bit version of Directory Opus running on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
