I've just updated to version 12. How do I get my previous layout? This is really frustrating as I've already spent 2 hours trying to reconfigure it but can't get it right. Every other time I've kept my previous layout ioncluding tool bars. Surely this is not hard. please help

The first time you ran Opus 12 it would have displayed a message explaining the toolbar change; if you didn't notice that you probably wouldn't have noticed it in the email either
