You have to update Opus on your main PC and then export it to your USB stick again.
When you do the USB export Opus should ask you if you want to replace the configuration as part of the update, or keep the configuration and only update the program. Doing a backup of the Opus directory on the USB stick wouldn't hurt just in case, though, since it's quick to do.
I exported to U3 as nudel described above, see screenshot below (9.0.0.8 -> 9.0.0.9).
As the result all standard toolbars (toolbars with the same name as the toolbars created during installation) were replaced with the configuation applied after a fresh installation.
Additionally, toolbars created by myself on my USB-Stick were replaced with toolbars of the same name from the computer I exported from.
[quote="navigatorXL"]After the dialog of my screenshot there comes (as far as I remember, I'm at work with my USB version, backup is greyed out) only the filesave dialog.

Sorry, I've mixed things up. The dialog on the screenshot is the one I was talking about.
The option to upgrade, without overwriting any settings, is only there for a plain USB export, not for U3 exports. Maybe that can be improved but that's how it works at the moment.
(U3 is different since Opus writes a package file to your C:\ drive which you then take and install using the U3 software. To merge your configuration Opus would have to read the existing U3 package off the USB device, extract all the config files, then use them when creating the new package. On the other hand, with a plain USB export Opus is saving files direct to the USB device and can simply avoid overwriting any config files which already exist.)
If you do a plain USB export to a device that already has an older export then you'll be given the choice below where choosing Replace overwrites everything and choosing Upgrade leaves settings and only overwrites the program files.
