Use Opus image viewer for the "preview" verb?

I'm looking for the steps to associate the right-click "preview" verb with the image viewer from Opus. Am I going to have to edit the registry (I hope not!).

Somewhere along the line the function got changed so now using it opens the image in Photoshop rather than "previewing" in Windows picture/fax viewer. Instead of restoring that functionality I would rather have Opus use that function. Any help would be appreciated!

If you just want Image files that you double-click to open in the Opus viewer then follow the steps in this FAQ.

If you explicitly want the Preview verb to be changed then you'll need to do some manual Registry editing to make the verb run D8Viewer.exe (in the Opus Program Files directory) with the filename.
