User Profile folder doesn't stay in Tree

User Profile folder - top of Tree - doesn't stay across reboots
-- it alos doesn't stay, period, even if "Display at the top of the tree" is unchecked

Preferences > Folder Tree > Contents > User Profile folder > Display at the top of the tree

How to make it stay there across close > open > reboot cycles? thx

11.1 is quite old now. Please update to 11.5 first to see if the problem is still there.

What is Preferences / Folder Tree / Options: Start Folder Tree At... set to?

If it's not set to Desktop, please try using Desktop.
