Using hotkey to open path breadcrumbs

Hi,

I enabled the option

  • Hotkey opens left-most menu instead of editing path: If there is a hotkey assigned to the breadcrumbs control (e.g. F2), pressing it will open the left-most drop-down menu (often the Desktop branch) instead of giving focus to the edit field.

(I assume this replaces the need to press Alt-D (or F4) followed by F5 to open the desktop branch.)

While the hotkey certainly opened the menu, navigation via keyboard is seems to be disabled. (Under DOpus 12, you could at least cursor up/down to select the option you wanted but this seems to have been disabled.)

Also, is there a way to navigate left/right along the breadcrumbs?
It would make sense to press Alt-D, and use shift tab to navigate to the last or second last breadcrumb and select a path from the dropdown, but this doesn't seem possible.

As an aside, even though a hotkey like Alt-D can be assigned to trigger the location field, you still need to press F4 to toggle the location history. Is it possible to make whatever hotkey is assigned to that action (again Alt-D) perform the same operation as F4? (On my laptop, F4 mutes the audio unless I press a badly placed "fn" key along with it, which requires both hands, so I tend to avoid function keys where possible)

Thanks

Thanks for the report. Keyboard navigation in those menus will be fixed in the next update.

I agree it should be possible to tab left and right through the breadcrumbs. We'll put that on the list.
