Using Pageant in DOpus 12 for SSH

I used to use an older version of Opus and used Pageant for SSH keys.
For reasons (keys in a vault which is unlocked elaborately, and loaded into pageant) I'd like to still do that in 12, is this possible?

I've been trying for an hour and while I can see how to give DO the key file itself, I'd rather it works like it always did.
Am I missing something obvious?

For reference Pageant is loaded by a script, and the key files are then locked back in the vault once they are stored in memory.. but it is running, and those keys work in putty, winscp etc.. so they are working fine.

I had added the SSH details into the app, and tried many things.. but what i did when i came here to ask the question.. is I closed directory opus. After going back.. I tried it and it worked first time.

Maybe pageant has to be loaded before DO? Maybe it just needs a restart of the application, either way doing that seems to have fixed it for me.
