V13.1 and Third-Party Utilities to Freezes/Crashes

  1. The Clipboarder gadget from https://8gadgetpack.net/ sometimes freezes and doesn't recognize any input until the application is restarted. Other gadgets appear to function normally

  2. Stardock's Start11 v2 periodically crashes and
    Explorer crash.txt (1.9 KB)
    restarts. This issue seems to be triggered by a Explorer crash (attached log).

I updated both programs a couple days before upgrading to DOpus v13.1. Both updates were minor and I didn't notice any issues prior to the DOpus upgrade but I obviously can't rule out coincidence.

What makes you think Opus is involved in either of them?

Seems coincidental so far. Opus isn't really involved in either of the processes which are crashing/freezing (Explorer and Clipboarder) and no Opus process or DLL is mentioned in the text file above.

If you didn't reboot after installing 13 over 12, that could theoretically cause instability in processes with our shell extension loaded, but otherwise I can't see any reason to think Opus might be involved so far.
