I set up automatic push detection and update, finally pushed version update to me today

They download the same files that the forum posts link to.
If the browser works but the updater gets stuck, you may need to configure a proxy (Preferences / Internet / Proxy), or something may be blocking Opus from downloading the file but letting the browser through (e.g. firewall, antivirus, etc.).
I tried it again today, including switching the proxy on and off.
Finally, I found that no matter whether I turned on the proxy or not, the dopus forum and the update check dialog box position 2 could be accessed normally. Dopus could also be downloaded from the forum, but the update check dialog box position 1 could not be displayed normally, which confused me.
