View thumbnails as "timeline"

Is it possible to view thimbnails as timeline: to scroll not from top to bottom but from left to right.

Tiles Mode has an option for that, and can display thumbnails.

Preferences / File Display Modes / Tiles Mode is where the scroll direction option is.

I could not find "Tiles Mode"
