I am using 11.13 W7 pro. Since this upgrade I am having problems with the viewer displaying "loading" and going off to never never land. Pdf, text, jpg most any file. I have tried shutting down Webroot and trying, I have looked all through webroot to see if Dopus is even mentioned, but no. Never had this problem until 11.13. I am sure it's not my anti virus, any suggestions?

Does it still happen if you disable all viewer plugins under Preferences / Viewer / Viewer Plugins?
Good morning Leo,
I have tried everything you suggested when I first open Dopus it works for about 5 or 6 maybe 10 files and then the viewer just freezes up. I've owned this program for many years, this is the same computer with all the same software and I've never had this problem before I'm going to send you an image of the plug-ins, yes I have turned all of them off, and as you would imagine the viewer only shows the file type. I really need to get this resolved because I rely on the opus and this is just becoming a real problem.
these files are exactly images of how I have the plug-in set and I have set it for Vista. Please if you can give me some ideas I would greatly appreciate it.

You've left one of the plugins enabled there.
Does it still crash if you disable all plugins?
Especially given what you say here, I think you are asking for support from the wrong people and need to talk to Adobe, or switch to another PDF viewer, or investigate solutions to Adobe Reader's preview handler crashing in general, as the problem doesn't sound like it's related to Opus:
The only thing I can suggest other than changing PDF viewers is to try to installing Adobe Reader, reboot, then reinstall it.
