In preference, I have enabled reuse viewer existing window. but there are some moment that I would like to compare images side by side. Any command let user toggle the function?

For reference, the Show USEEXISTING=no command can be used to open a new viewer for the selected file(s) and override the Preferences setting about reusing existing ones.
(Lxp's add-in will do some other things like open viewers next to each other, so it's probably still what you want to open two viewers side by side. Just thought the info may be useful to someone searching the forum in future.)
