Viewer Pane and MDB file types

How do i cause the Viewer pane to ignore (i.e. not attempt to preview)certain file types, such as an MS Access mdb file?....

Is it being displayed as hex data, or is something displaying it (or attempting to display it) as an Access file?

It isn;t being displayed as hex...the preview window stays blank, and dopus hangs.

Go to Settings -> Preferences / Plugins / Viewers

If the MultiView plugin is enabled, disable it and then try the file again.

If that doesn't make a difference, or MultiView wasn't enabled in the first place, disable all of the plugins and see if that solves the problem. If it does, enable them until you find the plugin causing the problem and let us know which one it is.

Yup. Disabling multiview did it...got a hex view now.
