Viewer - Stretch images to fit viewer

When viewing Images in Viewer I would prefer to Set the Viewer Window to a convenient size and then have it automatically fit any image to that window size.

Currently it WILL shrink an image if it is too large, but does not Enlarge small images.
Setting the "Reset zoom level for each picture to" "Fit to page" Seems to have no effect at all.

The "Auto-Size viewer window: Fit to picture" works fine but is kind of the opposite of what I want.

I would like to see "Auto-size Image: Fit to Window"

Is there any way to achieve this?

There's no option at the moment but I think it is on the to-do list (albeit under a lot of other items :slight_smile:) so we should see it added at some point.

PS: Not to pick on you personally (this is probably the 100th time someone's done it :slight_smile: ) but is there a bug in the forum or something which makes the stickies in the Download areas invisible?

OK, 18 months later, so "fit to page" still only fits large images to the page?

It will be in the next major version (i.e. Opus 10), but when that will be released is unknown at the moment.
