Want listers to show file size in KB

I go to TOOLS -> FOLDER OPTIONS, swap out "size (auto)" and replace with "size (KB)". Then I select SETTINGS -> SAVE AS DEFAULT LISTER.

But I still get new listers using the old "size (auto)".

How do I make my change to using "size (KB)" stick?

Right click in an empty space within your lister window, then choose View/Folder Options. When that dialog pops up, in the Columns tab, check to see that you have changed the size options there also.... Might do the trick.
