What is wrong with this "Copy MOVE TO"-cmd?

In Opus I have set the "DEL" to perform:

Copy MOVE TO "D:\Temp\" WHENEXISTS=replace

Most of the times this works fine. However, sometimes not.
Have no idea why sometimes the (usually large) folders still end up the in the recyclebin.

The DEL key should move to that folder, no questions asked, overwrite any existing files.

Any suggestions?

Thanks..

If they are going to the recycle bin instead of D:\Temp then it can't be happening because of that command. Another command must be being run instead when that happens.

Next time it happens, make a note of how you started the action. E.g. Did you push Del on its own, or Shift+Del (which has a separate hotkey in your list)? Or did you click Delete on the toolbar (which is a separate command, not tied to either of the hotkeys, from the look of your screenshot)? Which panel was active when you did the action (file display, folder tree, etc.)?

Thanks. I'll keep an eye on it.
That said...you may very well be right: on 2nd thought, thinking over the actions I did: select top row, press shift, select bottem folders and accidentally may not have released the shift button. Sigh.
Reconfigured Shift-Del to do the same as 'Del' (never use shift-del anyhowl)
