Long time Opus user. Recently upgraded to 13. The problem: whenever I open Opus it always goes to the same folder, and it's not a folder I have looked at recently. I mean, it seems it chose some random folder and Opus always opens there. Always. I have never seen this before in Opus and I've been using Opus for a long time.
I realize this is user error and that I am an idiot but I am tired of trying to solve it.
So somewhere this folder name is stuck in a setting but where?
If you want to keep it going to a fixed folder, but change which folder that is:
Settings / Set Lister Defaults (or "Set as Default Lister", if using older menus).
If you want it to remember the tab(s)/folder(s) open in the last window which was closed, turn on this option:
Preferences / Layouts and Styles / Default Lister / Update Default Lister automatically when closing a Lister
