Is there an option to keep the copy/move window on top till the files have completed and maybe even something to position that window on screen as well?

There isn’t an on-top option, but you can monitor progress via the Windows taskbar. (Or the Jobs Bar in the main Opus window, if that is still visible and the bar is turned on.)
