When I open an image file in Directory Opus using Windows Photos, the arrow (next) doesn't move.
I could use the built-in photos in Directory Opus, but I would like to use Windows photos.
It worked in the previous version of Directory Opus, so why doesn't the arrow keys work anymore?
Also, is there a solution?
It works OK here, checked in both Windows 10 and 11.
For it to work, the following need to be true:
Preferences / File Operations / Double-click on Files / Use internal image viewer on double-click..., must be turned OFF.
Nothing in Opus's own File Types settings should be overriding what happens to the Images file type group, or the image type itself (e.g. PNG) when double-clicked.
The Windows Photos app has to be the default handler for the type being double-clicked.
Even checking the settings, I still can't move the images forward and backward (I'm not talking about the Gallery folder in which I created a post, but any folder that contains images). Photos is the default app on my computer for opening an image file.
