In dual lister mode Ctrl-Enter opens a highlighted folder in other Lister.
I like that.
I want to go and see how that hotkey is set up so I go
Settings > Customize Toolbars > Keys tab > Filter with "Enter"
But I see no corresponding entry.
Should I?
Is Ctrl-enter setup somewhere else?

I think you need to go to:
SETTINGS > FILE TYPES ...
now double click on ALL FOLDERS and go to EVENTS tab (CTRL ENTER is the same as CTRL LEFT DOUBLE CLICK - but I could be wrong)

The help tells me that this Events tab is for mouse clicks only.
Maybe there is a default keystroke equivalent for each event....?
The Enter key triggers double-clicks.
