Where is the Help Button?

Just upgraded from v12 to v13.1 but I can't seems to be able to find the Help Button on the top-right corner of the toolbar in v13.1 (see screenshot). Any help to get the Help Button back is appreciated.

Enable the Operations toolbar or get a new button from here

or drag and drop the whole Help menu from Defaualt Toolbars from the Customize dialog onto a toolbar.

@lxp, what I wanted is this Help screen and not the online help page but thanks anyway
