Where to find the source of this 'Quick Filter' button?

I give up, over the last hour I went back and forth to find where I got this "Quick Filter" button in the toolbar from.

It looks like this:

Could find a 9 years old XML file on my PC.
Would like to change an existing filter, but eh ... no idea how I did it in the past.
Or how to export it so I may edit the .xml file(?)

Yep, getting old...regretfully so.

That's a menu. We can't see what's inside it, which makes it difficult to guess where it might have come from. Presumably a forum post, unless you made it yourself?

I did a Google site search on Opus on the 1st line of the xml (saved that as a txt file at the time)

select Google Images
site:resource.dopus.com Quick Filter after:2016-01-01

and it brought me to here

How to set up a Quick Filter menu

Modify an existing filter item, Select the filter item, r-click edit.

Matter solved.
