to my confusion, the search shown below still finds a lot of folders, even though I tried to exclude folders (even twice) from the search.
What could be the reason for this?
Because you're mixing AND and OR without bracketing things, which results in filter that won't behave as you expect.

That is quite complex stuff, at least with this syntax that "emulates" brackets.
Actually, I had a feeling that there was some bracketing missing, but I couldn't think of a way to put them. Now it's clear. Thank you.
