Hello,
Customers are experiencing a folder navigation reset when not active of periods varying from 5 to 30 min.
Example:
They are viewing C:\Users\User\Documents\TheirFolder
After certain inactivity they will be put back to:
C:\
Any idea what could cause this?

That could happen if the folder (and parents) was deleted, or if something fed a notification into the Windows change notification system saying it was deleted.
A script or another program could also be telling the window to change folders.
What happens if they double click a folder on the desktop; does it change which folder is currently open, or leave the window/tab alone and open a new one?
