Since I upgraded Windows 11 to version 22H2 (note: I'm currently using Build 22621.819), I have had this issue (NOTE: This only happens after I boot my computer at the start of my day): (1) Open DO; (2) Right-click on a file; (3) Instead of the context-sensitive menu popping up, another DO lister window appears; (4) I close this new lister window; (5) Right-click on a file and the context-sensitive menu appears as expected. So, this issue seems to only happen once during a session (until you boot your computer again).
Not something I've seen, or seen any other reports about.
It could be caused by a shell extension something else has added into the context menus, perhaps.
Looking at which path the new window is showing will often point to what's triggering it to appear.
Also, try turning off Explorer Replacement in case a File Explorer window opens instead. If so, the problem may not related to Opus at all.
