Windows 11 23h2 and default file manager

I switched from Windows 21h2 to 23h2 and have been using DirectoryOpus for years. Of course, I bought version 13.

I notice a difference between the two versions of Windows (22h2 to 23h2) with the same settings, i.e. the fact that I want “DirectoryOpus” to remain the default “File manager”, I now quite often have the Windows “file explorer” open instead of Opus from another program (which itself launches the “file explorer” (from Windows).

Basically, Opus no longer has priority. Is this a “bug” due to 23H2?

I'm sorry for my long explanation, but would you have a solution for “Opus” to always remain the priority file manager?

Thanks for your advice

It can depend on the other program and how it opens the folder. More detail is needed to investigate anything here but, given how old 23H2 is now and no similar reports, it's probably not something that changed due to the OS update.

Ok, thanks for your answer. I'll keep testing and see :+1:
