Windows 7"All Control Panel Items

Windows 7 "All Control Panel Items" does not display objects in many of the panel items; e.g., Adminstrative Tools, Programs and Features, and Devices and Printers display their objects; all the other panels revert to no display.

Am I setting up DOpus correctly?

On Windows 7, Opus isn't meant to display the control panels at all.

I think the "All Control Panel Items" link may appear in the breadcrumbs path menus but that is unintentional. (As I recall, Microsoft changed the GUID of the control panel so the old filter for it no longer detected & removed the item.)

Thanks for the explanation.

The All Control Panel Items appears in my DOpus tree and the breadcrumbs. So, I assume there is not a way to turn off / fix the Microsoft anomaly?

Well, I've been using Win7 for about a month and I'm still learning about my system.

This item doesn't appear by default - have you created it yourself using the widely-promoted "god mode" method?

Yes, Jon, I believe that I've installed it myself. My Win7 is not a clean install; I performed an upgrade from XP SP3 because I wanted to retain the Microsoft Office Dell OEM software. My WinXP system I configured to show the Control Panel; which I happen to have liked - it worked well and showed the objects. I neglected to turn off the feature before upgrading. It's too late now - it's there. I just thought that there may be a way for me to find and eliminate the feature in Win7, since it's pretty non-functional.
