On my windows 8.1 system, with the latest Dopus (10.5.4.0), I just noticed this. I have Settings > Preferences > Startup > Listers opened automatically when Directory Opus Starts > (set to) Open the Listers that were open when the program last closed. But when I reboot, none of my previous listers reopen. Is this a know bug?
There are two possibilities that I can think of (there may be others I can't think of, of course):
[ol][li]If you get a different folder (rather than nothing at all) open when you reboot, something may be launching a folder at startup, and in turn making Opus open that folder instead of the ones it would open by default.
That is usually caused by something placing a shortcut to a folder under the Start Menu/Startup folder.
You can test this theory by turning off Explorer Replacement in Opus, then rebooting to see if an Explorer window opens instead (hopefully alongside the last Opus windows you had open).

[li]Something is preventing Opus from updating its settings when Windows is about to reboot.
To test this theory, type /dopuslocaldata/State Data into Opus, then look at the openlisters.oll file. The time on it should match the last time Opus was exited (including reboots). If it's earlier than that could indicate a problem.
You can also look inside the config file with the viewer pane (or a text editor) to see details of the window(s) it is storing.
(If the list is empty then there were no windows open when Opus was last exited.)[/li][/ol]
After turning off Explorer Replacement, the problem goes away. Open listers return on reboot.
However, there are no shortcuts to folders in any of the Startup subdirectories.
If I reenable Explorer Replacement, after reboot, the E: drive, my USB for File History, however, shows up in a lister on reboot. Somehow, having a USB drive as File History drive seems to be confusing things.
As a workaround, you should be able to add the path that is being launched (e.g. E:) to the Preferences / Launching Opus / Explorer Replacement / Replace Explorer for all but the following folders... list.
