With minimized window: How to open new tab and bring Directory Opus window to front

I want to use only a single window of Directory Opus. If its window is minimized or not focused, how can I open a new tab and bring the Directory Opus window to the front by double-clicking an empty space on the Windows desktop? I'm using Windows 10.

I've tried the command Go NEWTAB in Preferences > Launching Opus > From the Desktop > Run a command, but it only opens a new tab; it doesn't bring Directory Opus to the front.

Try Go LASTACTIVELISTER NEWTAB.

Go LASTACTIVELISTER NEWTAB and also Go NEWTAB LASTACTIVELISTER don't work, unfortunately. They only bring the Directory Opus window to the front.
