XNView Cannot open file when name is cyrilic script

Here is the file I want to open:

Here is the button I am using to open the file in XnView:

Here is the error I get:

The error seems to be related to the fact that the file has Cyrillic letters: Children in the Garden - Władysław Podkowiński.jpg. The button works fine for English letters.

My OS is set to English.

Any pointers?

Yeah, you are right. This seems to be an age-old problem with XnView that the developers do not care about.

You could try {allfilepathshort} instead of {allfilepath} - if your drive has short filenames enabled, it should work.
