Zip buttons "Exctract to ..." & "Compress to ..." to toolbar

Hi,

How can you add buttons to toolbars for 7zip / winrar, so that when you could save time?

  1. While file or folder selected, pushing button "A" will do the "Compress to ..." thingy
  2. While zipped file selected, pushing button "B" will do the "Exctract to ..." thingy

These are in the default toolbars and can be copied or moved to other places if you wish:
