I am new to DO, and installed it with Windowblinds already on my system. I have lost the Zoom and Pin buttons on the DO Lister titlebars. I have seen messages about how to get DO to be skinnable by Windowblinds, but I prefer to have it unskinned and have those buttons available. I have set Windowsblinds to not skin DO, but I can't get the Zoom and Pin buttons to come back, and I can't find anything in these forums to help with this. Anyone have a solution?
You haven't mentioned what things you might have tried already... so sorry if you've done any of this:
- On the Preferences->Listers->Options page, make sure both the 'Enable' boxes for pins and zoom buttons are checked.
- On the Preferences->Miscellaneous->Miscellaneous page, try completely disabling WindowBlinds compatibility mode.
If it still doesn't work... once compatinility mode is disabled, try disabling the pin and zoom buttons, restarting Dopus, then renabling the pin and zoom buttons.
Okay, your second suggestion did the trick. I had not thought to check the Windowblinds compatibility checkbox, as I did not think I had ever checked it. Thanks for your help.
WindowsBlinds compatibility is set to "auto" by default, meaning if WindowsBlinds is found to be running Opus will turn off its custom title bar rendering.
