Zooming when previewing textfiles

When previewing images, 'CTRL + scrollwheel' can be used for zooming in/out. Just like the two buttons in the preview header.

With textfiles (CMD, INI, REG, etc.) 'CTRL + scrollwheel' does not zoom.
The two buttons still work; setting the default fontsize too.

Documentation is not conclusive. Should 'CTRL + scrollwheel' work on textfiles too?
And should 'ALT + scrollwheel' scroll horizontally?

The text viewer doesn't interpret shift+wheel as zoom currently, but the idea makes sense. Ctrl +/- would also make sense, mirroring the lister's keys.

We'll add it to the to-do list.
