@travibe Here are two Evaluator-driven items I use today that make my DOpus life easier:
- Display the tab path in a dynamic menu button with tooltip information derived from Evaluator code. I use this button in a titlebar toolbar with other buttons and menus (including some Evaluator-driven) to provide both key information and targeted access in a limited space.
See here:
13 - Minimal: My Dark Opus Setup. Note the menu button has been updated and expanded since based on Evaluator improvements: Path.dcf (2.2 KB)
- Display evaluator-driven columns that, combined with EVColumnizer: Import values from Everything, provide more targeted and faster calculated information that helps my particular workflows. Examples include customized file age, file and folder counts, and file depths. While these may seem basic, they're important to me. No doubt other users are employing more advanced Evaluator columns, including targeted metadata.
Although I haven't employed them in my workflow yet, Evaluator Groups may prove useful, as well.
Hope this helps!
