Backup/Restore question

Feeling lazy, how can I default these checkboxes so that only the last one is checked ?

The Prefs command has arguments which can fully automate the backup/restore process.

Thanks exactly what I was looking for.
Although I like the Prefs command better (thanks Leo), using

Prefs RESTORE=replace FROM="C:\Users\Darren\Documents\Directory Opus Backups\Amber" QUIET
