I am unable to see the file names in the Recycle Bin. I have already looked through all options to set the color and nothing works.

Mine was already unchecked. I enabled and disabled it again. Still not working.
That's the only way I can think of for the Recycle Bin background color to change, outside of tools external to Opus which change the colors of things.
If you change the file display background color under Preferences / Display / Colors and Fonts to red and click Apply, does the Recycle Bin background stay black or become red?
