Change hover over colour of drives toolbar

My drives toolbar colour is blue and text is white, but the hover over colour is light-blue which makes the white text very hard to read. Is it possible to change the hover over colour for this?

thankyou but i do not see Preferences > Colors and Fonts > Windows Colors > Menus > Enabled items > Background-Hot
