Does discourse provide a way of applying text colour as a means of highlighting? Doesn't seem to be supported in the base software.
No, not built-in. There is an add-on but I'm not sure how well it works, especially when there are both dark and light themes and could be more in the future.
Themes? Where do we change that? :o
