Copy / Drag drop Not working on Opus Pro 12.33

I am not able to Copy / Drag-drop on Opus Pro 12.33
This happened after the Opus crashed a few days back and I had to restore all toolbars manually
Even the restore option was also not working

Do a config backup (Settings > Backup & Restore), then uninstall Opus, reboot, and reinstall Opus.

Don’t restore the config backup yet.

Does drag & drop work now, or still the same?

Hello - yes I did as you advise and it is working

Actually there is some serious issue....Just few minutes back, the whole computer got frozen and I had to end the Opus forcefully using Alt + control + Delete...can you advise a fix....
