Copy/Move folder structure broken in 13.9.4

The actions are no longer possible?
Several things happen
Uac query (no video possible)

Does not work or device not ready

Goes to the root directory

Is stored somewhere on another drive, desktop or directory

only the mouse left/right is used, no buttons pressed
everything worked fine in 13.9.3
